These Terms govern your use of our website, services, classes, and any communications sent by us, including SMS messages.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By providing your phone number and selecting the consent checkbox on our forms or website, you agree to receive text messages from Dance Factory.
Messages may include class updates, reminders, or limited promotional offers.

All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Schedules, instructors, pricing, and class offerings are subject to change.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate information but do not guarantee availability.

All tuition, registration fees, and purchases are due as indicated during checkout or registration.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Weld County, Colorado, unless prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
